Useful information can also be provided in writing, during or at the end of the call, and remains available to the customer in the chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Partners and resellers, this is an opportunity to add value to telephony projects and expand the range of services offered to businesses, including those already using AVISA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Call to Message<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution enables more effective management of customer requests. When a user calls the company, AVISA answers the call, collects the necessary information and automatically summarizes it in a message sent via WhatsApp Business to the configured number, such as the one used by the sales or technical support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sales representatives or technicians receive a clear summary of the request and can contact the user with all the relevant information already at hand. This reduces manual tasks, speeds up contact handling and helps businesses avoid missing sales opportunities while improving customer care overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partners can build tailored solutions by connecting the voice assistant to the customer company&#8217;s communication and contact management processes.
